HOW TO MAKE a ROASTED SHRIMP

Ingredients:

§  500 g shrimp and cut its back

§  ½  tsp salt

§  2 tsp of lemon juice

§  1 onion and finely chopped

§  3 cloves garlic and finely chopped

§  2 tbsp soy sauce

§  3 tbsp honey

§  160 g tomato sauce

§  1 tsp chilli powder

§  4 tbsp of peanut butter

§  1 tsp salt

§  1 tbsp black peppercorns and crushed coarse

§  ¼ tsp sugar

§  1 tbsp parsley and finely chopped

§  50 g margarine for sautéing

 

Procedure:

1. Marinate shrimp with lemon juice and salt. Let it for 15 minutes.

2. Heat margarine. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant. Lift.

3. Enter the soy sauce, ketchup, honey, chilli powder, peanut butter, salt, black pepper, and sugar. Stir well. Add the parsley. Stir well and lift.

4. Marinate the shrimp in the spice mixture. Let it for 1 hour in the refrigerator.

5. Grill shrimp with a remaining seasoning until fragrant.

6. Grilled shrimp is ready to be served.

Ingredients:

§  500 g medium mackerel fish, washed, and cut off into slices

§  1 tsp lemon juice

§  1 tsp salt

§  Oil for frying

Subtle seasoning:

§  450 ml coconut milk from half grains

§  120 grams of rice flour

§  25 grams of corn starch

Spices:

§  4 red onions

§  5 cloves of garlic

§  2 tsp coriander

§  3 toasted candlenut tree

§  ½  tsp ground pepper

§  1 tsp salt

 

How to Make:

1.   Marinate the mackerel with salt, some spices, and lemon juice. Let it for 20 minutes in the refrigerator.

2.   Fry in an over medium heat until half cooked. Set aside.

3.   Mix leftover spices, rice flour, and corn starch. Stir well. Pour the coconut milk while stirring until blended and smooth.

4. Fry the dough with a large fire. Let the crunchy up and the foam is lost. Reduce heat.

5. Collect the crunchy gently with a wooden spoon. Place the fish on the edge of the dough. Fold the crunchy cover fish. Fry until cooked enough.
